Die Atharvasira Upanishad oder Atharvashiras - Upanishad ist ein kleiner Sanskrit - Text mit je nach Erhaltungszustand 5 - 7 Kapiteln. Sie wird den 31 Upanishaden des Atharvaveda zugerechnet und auch als Shaiva - Upanishad eingestuft. Im Muktika ist sie die Nummer 22. Die Upanishade war ein wichtiger Text im Pashupata Shívavismus und im Natha Pantha von Gorakhnath.
