Die 'Chandogya Upanishade' oder 'Chāndogya Upaniṣad'(Lied und Opfer) ist eine der primären(mukhya) Upanishaden.

Zusammen mit der Jaiminiya Upanishad und der Brihadaranyaka Upanishad gehört Chāndogya Upaniṣad zu den alten Upanishaden der Brahmana - Periode des vedischen Sanskrit. Sie wird mit dem Kauthuma Shakha des Samaveda assoziiert und hält Platz 9 im Muktika - Kanon der 108 Upanishaden. Sie zudem ist ein Teil des 10teiligen Chandogya Brahmana.
