Devi Bhagavatam Purana (Devi Puranam) oder Srimad Devi Purana besteht aus 12 Kapiteln mit 18000 Versen. es wird dem Weisen Veda Vyasa zugeschrieben und gehört zu den 18 großen Puranas.

Dies ist der fünfte Abschnitt des Vishnu Purana", oder "So endet das erste Kapitel des Ganesha Purana Upasanakhanda genannt "Die Beschreibung von Somakanta".
