Dazangjing
Der chinesische Kanon (Chin. 大藏經 Dàzàngjīng, Ta-ts'ang-ching : Großes Schriftenlager; Koreanisch: 대장경 Daejanggyeong; viet. Đại tạng kinh : Großer Schatz von Sutras) beinhaltet die kanonische Literatur des chinesischen, des japanischen, des koreanischen und des vietnamesischen Buddhismus. Er enthält Āgama-, Vinaya- und Abhidharma - Texte aus frühen buddhistischen Schulen, sowie die Mahāyāna sūtras und Schriften aus dem esoterischen Buddhismus.
In Ostasien befinden sich mehrere Versionen des Kanons an verschiedenen Orten und aus verschiedenen Zeiten.
Eine frühe Version sind die Fangshan Stone Sutras aus dem 7. Jahrhundert.
Die früheren Ch'ien-Lung Tripitaka(Lung Tsang; 1675 Sutras) , Jiaxing Tripitaka, Hongjiao Tripitaka und Zhaocheng Jin Tripitaka sind in gedruckter Form noch vollständig erhalten.
Eine der am meisten verwendeten Versionen ist der Taisho Shinshū Daizōkyō (Taishō Tripiṭaka).
CBETA
From 2008 to 2011 the Chinese Buddhist Electronic Text Association (CBETA) added the Jiaxing Tripitaka of 13.03 million characters along with other cannons into the Supplementary Collection for the Tripitaka throughout Dynasties, of 11.17 million characters. The Supplementary Compilation for Tripitaka, with 23 million characters and compiled by Prof. Lan Jifu in 2016, contains many valuable Buddhist texts not collected in the Tripitaka before.
