Die Darshana Upanishad (Sanskrit - IAST: Darśana Upaniṣad) gehört zu den kleineren Upanishaden. Weitere Namen sind Yoga Darshana Upanishad, Jabala Darshana Upanishad, Jābāladarṣana Upanishad und Darśanopaniṣad.

Sie wird den Yoga - Upanishaden und dem Samaveda zugerechnet.

Der Text behandelt in 10 Abschnitten den Yoga im Sinne von Hatha Yoga und Ashtanga Yoga.
