Praxis

Die Anweisungen des Yogas des klaren Lichtes werden in 3 Abschnitte aufgeteilt

  1. The first it refers to the base of bliss, indicated by the synonyms of the Clear Light, as there are different characteristics that confirm the development of this Yoga.
  2. The second section is related to the practice of this path and its experiences or to the different states of the manifested light throughout these experiences.
  3. The third and final section is entire dedicated to the attainment or realization of the unique real light.

Within the integration of this Yoga, in all its levels, it is attained the ultimate understanding of one being, defined by itself as existence, consciousness and bliss (Skt. Sat-Çit-Ananda). Constantly observing the patterns of action and no action (when the doer is just an instrumental agent, without having identification as a doer) and by keeping the attention on the development of wisdom, the process originated is similar as a fire melting ice. In such a way, one disentangle all concepts of duality, that are straighten in the central channel (Avadhuti), where the motility of the action is fully stopped and the instinct forces, such as passion, aversion and bewilderment, are transformed in transcendent wisdom. Once this process is completed, the physical organism of the practitioner is transfigured, and his o her mental body becomes clear light, marked by a supreme bliss and by the experience of emptiness.

Diese Praxis führt direkt zur Verwirklichung des Dharmakaya, in anderen Worten zur Verwirklichung von Mahamudra.[1]
